  • An "accompanied home condition survey" is when a buyer attends the inspection alongside a professional surveyor.

    Purpose: To see defects firsthand, ask immediate questions, and understand the property's condition in "real-time".

    Please note, due to the nature of this type of survey with the possibility of hundreds of questions being asked a written report is not given.
